As a ROMARG customer you benefit from a 30-day unconditional guarantee. The 30-day guarantee applies to all services included in the current offer, exceptions are listed below, during the first 30 days of the contract.
If during this period you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided by ROMARG, you can request in writing to
billing@romarg.com a refund of the amount paid. For the following services you do not benefit from the 30-day guarantee:
1. Fees for registration, extension of domain names (national or international) including maintenance fees.
2. Fees paid for optional services other than the standard offer.
3. Fees paid for contract extensions and/or upgrades.
4. Fees paid for activation of dedicated servers and colocation services (Setup fees/Installation fees).
5. Monthly subscriptions paid for dedicated servers and colocation services.
Amounts subject to the 30-Day Guarantee will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days of your request. The return of the paid amounts is made in full.
We will use the same method to return the amounts that you used to make the payment to ROMARG. That is PayU or bank transfer
