The services provided by us can be paid by bank transfer, cash deposit at any Unicredit branch or by paying online with a credit card. Online payments are confirmed instantly. Offline payments (bank transfer or cash deposit) are processed manually by the Payments Department Monday through Friday between 08:00 AM - 18:00 PM.
Transfer of .ro and .eu domains
The transfer is almost instantaneous. It is necessary to fill in the Authorization Code in the form in the client area.
Transfer of international domains
Transfer of international domains - can take up to 7 days. Acceptance by the right holder and the current Registrar is required.
The entire remaining validity of the domain will be transferred to us. It will not be lost. Moreover, by transferring it to us the domain will be extended by 1 year.
However, if the domain expires with the current Registrar, and you extend the validity through them, we recommend that you do not transfer the domain sooner than 45 days after the extension. If you transfer it sooner, you will lose the money you paid for the extension with the old Registrar.
Transfer and extension .ro
For domains with .ro extension the entire remaining validity period of the domain will be transferred to us. It will not be lost. The free extension is not valid for domains with .ro extension

What is theAuthorization Code/ EPP
The Authorization Code (also known as AuthCode or EPP Code) provides a higher level of security when registering domain names. This code is unique for each individual domain and is created by the registrar at the time of registration.
You will need this code when transferring a domain from one registrar to another. Technically, you need the Auth/EPP code for the transfer of .ro, .eu, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .info, .me, .co, .io domains and for the rest of the extensions.
