The services provided by us can be paid by bank transfer, cash deposit at any Unicredit branch or by paying online with a credit card. Online payments are confirmed instantly. Offline payments (bank transfer or cash deposit) are processed manually by the Payments Department Monday through Friday between 08:00 AM - 18:00 PM.
Web hosting subscriptions are activated as soon as your payment is confirmed by our bank or online payment processor. Within maximum 3 minutes after marking the invoice as paid you will receive the contract activation email.
All data stored within the web hosting subscriptions (files, databases, emails) are stored on separate servers. We perform the backups overnight between 00:00 AM - 08:00 AM
We keep the following restoration points: 7 daily, 4 weekly and 3 monthly.
Backups are made using specialized data center software. This software is called Acronis. You can access the backups at any time from the cPanel interface associated with each web hosting contract. You can view or restore the information without interacting with our support team.
For all web hosting subscriptions the sending of emails is done via SMTP. For acceptable use the following limits apply:
Maximum 250 emails per domain per hour. Maximum 500 emails to different recipients per hour. Maximum 500 emails per email address in a 24 hour period. Maximum 5 emails sent per minute through PHP scripts. These limits apply individually or in combination.
Resources allocated per cPanel
1. You can create an unlimited number of cPanel accounts per reseller hosting contract.
2. We do not allow overselling for allocated space. This means that the space allocated to individual cPanel accounts cannot exceed the space allocated to the contract.
3. For each cPanel account we allocate the following processing resources:
- Processor: 4 GHz
- Memory: 4 GB
- Simultaneous processes: 30
4. We do not provide SSH access on reseller hosting servers.
5. We offer exclusive SSH access for Magento subscriptions, Virtual and Dedicated Servers.
6. The maximum space a cPanel account can use is 180 GB. Accounts that exceed this amount will be transferred to a vps server that meets your needs.
