Payment methods

The services provided by us can be paid by bank transfer, cash deposit at any Unicredit branch or by paying online by credit card. Online payments are confirmed instantly. Offline payments (bank transfer or cash deposit) are processed manually by the Payments Department Monday through Friday between 08:00 AM - 18:00 PM.

Provision big storage servers

After the payment of the invoice the big storage dedicated servers enter the provisioning procedure. As long as the ordered server is in stock the server will be activated in maximum 72 hours. The activation of servers that are not in stock can take between 7-14 working days.
