The services provided by us can be paid by bank transfer, cash deposit at any Unicredit branch or by paying online with a credit card. Online payments are confirmed instantly. Offline payments (bank transfer or cash deposit) are processed manually by the Payments Department Monday through Friday between 08:00 AM - 18:00 PM.
All data stored within the web hosting subscriptions (files, databases, emails) are stored on separate servers. We perform the backups overnight between 00:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Backups are made using specialized data center software. This software is called Acronis. You can access the backups at any time from the cPanel interface associated with each web hosting contract. You can view or restore the information without interacting with our support team.
For Virtual Private Servers (VPS) with ROMARG administration the sending of emails must be done via SMTP. For acceptable use the following limits apply:
Maximum 500 emails per domain per hour. Maximum 500 emails per email address to different recipients per hour. Maximum 5000 emails per email address in a 24 hour period. These limits apply individually or in combination.
For clients that do not use SMTP authentication email delivery, a global maximum server-wide limit of 5.1 emails per minute applies. This limit applies globally for all hosted domains.
After paying the invoice the vps servers enter the activation procedure. The unmanaged servers are activated and ready to be used within a few minutes after marking the invoice as paid. You will receive an email to this effect.
If the virtual server is ordered together with an administration subscription, the server will be set up within 24 hours after activation. We will confirm by email the finalization of the configuration.
