The stored data (files, databases, emails) is saved on separate servers. We create backups during the night between 00:00 AM - 08:00 AM.
We keep the following restore points: 7 daily, 4 weekly and 3 monthly.
Our backups are managed through Acronis - a specialized data center backup software, considered one of the world's fastest recovery solutions, too. You can access your backups from the cPanel interface. You can easily view or restore the data anytime you want from your cPanel account without any support from our team.
Emails are sent via SMTP. The Emails Acceptable Use Policy is implemented for all our plans and it implies the following limits:
Maximum 500 emails per domain per hour. Maximum 500 emails to different recipients per hour. Maximum 5000 emails per email account within 24 hours. Maximum 5 emails sent per minute via PHP scripts. These limits are applied separately or in combination.
The dedicated server enters the provisioning procedure once the order is placed on the website and the invoice is paid. The server will be activated in maximum 24 hours as long as the selected server is in stock. The activation process can take from 7 to 14 days for servers that are not in stock.
